Marcin manages Metapack Poland and is responsible for software development and delivery of IT services. Located in Zielona Gora, his robust teams of project managers, business analysts, software architects and developers, IT engineers and customer service specialists are bringing to life solutions based on the most up-to-date technology, pursuing the vision and strategy of the Metapack Group. Marcin has been CIO of XLogics Group and Managing Director of XLogics Sp. z o.o. for over 11 years. In that time, he was responsible for designing and managing the development of shipping management solutions for the global B2B and B2C market. During this time he coordinated projects for the largest logistics providers and distribution centres, providing a strong focus on automation, high performance and availability. Prior to that he developed software for the pharmacy industry and WMS systems. Marcin studied IT Software Engineering at Technical Universities in Berlin and in Zielona Gora.
